We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible products.

Items must be unused, unopened, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

For health, safety, and quality reasons, opened animal feed, supplements, treats, hay products, or other consumable products are not eligible for return.

Used farrier supplies, tack, equipment, or other non-consumable products are not returnable unless they are defective or were received damaged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was delivered.

Original shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds will be issued after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the item and packaging.
